Members of the community are invited to the Gordon Creek Falls Summer Solstice Ride led by Castle Gate RV Park on Saturday. The event is being hosted on the summer solstice, which is the longest day of the year.
The ride will kick off at 6:30 p.m. Those interested in participating should meet at Castle Gate RV Park (1020 Spring Glen Road) in Helper. From there, participants will travel to the popular Gordon Creek Falls trail.
“This ride is open to locals as well as our guests,” the business shared. “We’ll meet in front of the registration building and head to the falls from there.”
All those who participate are encouraged to bring a picnic dinner to enjoy at the falls. While social distancing will be implemented during the ride, participants will have a chance to socialize with others throughout the evening.
