TEAM ROPING
Sinbad Productions presents team roping as part of the Emery County Fair on Thursday, Aug. 1. Sign up will be at 5:30 p.m. with roping beginning at 6 p.m. at the Castle Dale Fairgrounds. There will be prizes, buckles and added money for top performers. #4/Under Draw One – $30, #12 Slide Draw 1 – $30. Handicap 1 sec/number 3 sec max. NIGHTTIME GOLF
Nighttime golf during the Emery County Fair will take place at Millsite Golf Course on Friday, Aug. 2 at approximately 9 p.m. Cost is $60 per person ($240 a team). This includes green fee, cart fee and four glow balls. Tournament is limited to 16 teams, so sign up early! Club house money is given to top team winners. To register, call (435) 384-2887.
DOUBLES HORSESHOE TOURNAMENT
This year’s Emery County Fair will feature a doubles horseshoe tournament on Saturday, Aug. 3 at the Emery County Recreation Center (75 South 400 East, Castle Dale). Registration will take place at 12:30 p.m. with the tournament getting underway at 1 p.m. The entry fee is $20 per team with a cash pot for the top three teams.
