The Dino Dynamics’ season commenced over the weekend at the Mustang Classic at Herriman High School. It was the first time this year that they performed many of their routines in front of a crowd and they were pleased with their start.
Out of five teams in the 3A classification, Carbon placed second in hip hop, third in military, second in dance and second in character. That led the Dino Dynamics to a second place finish overall. Richfield walked away with first place honors.
Carbon will continue to practice hard and build on its performance. The Dino Dynamics’ next competition will be on Jan. 4 at Utah Valley University.
