Residents of Emery County can now enjoy a store for their crafting and creating needs with the opening of Crafty Lil’ You in Huntington.

With a store front on the city’s Main Street, Crafty Lil’ You opened its doors to the public with a ribbon cutting on Wednesday afternoon. Store owners Baylie and Robert Thomas, along with their two young children, gathered at the ribbon to snip their way into business with the Emery County Business Chamber.

Crafty Lil’ You boasts a wide array of crafting and scrap booking supplies to do-it-yourselfers. Customers can find wood cutouts, both in stock and made to order, as well as vinyl lettering, scrapbook papers, stickers and more.

In the mood for something pre-made and ready to go? Customers can also find handmade crafts, collectibles, crocheted items, knick knacks and gifts including custom gift baskets, at Crafty Lil’ You. The business goes one step further by also offering new and used books.

While Crafty Lil’ You features a large section of items from the Thomas family, various vendors have also found their home in the store.

Pre-Loved Lit. by Roxanne Jensen houses new and used books for customers. Books range from children’s stories to adult novels as well as notebooks and coloring books. Jensen can also place custom orders for customers in their search for the perfect book.

Carolyn Randall, former owner of All Scrapped Up in Price, also sells items at the store under the name of Carolyn’s Creations. Her selection features crocheted items, handmade beads and jewelry which can all be made to order. Gifts and decor are also available.

Finally, Crafting Creations by Cordie Marshall offers stuffed animals and blankets, which can also be made to order.

But it doesn’t stop there. In addition to items for sale, Crafty Lil’ You will be offering monthly craft classes. Visitors can also find die-cut machines available in house for customer use.
