Late thunderstorms forced Price City’s Culture Connection event indoors Thursday night.
The new venue was perfect for the music of James Durry and the magic act of John Stevens, who traveled all the way from Idaho.
Durry played songs about prayer, friendship, hope, protests, love and more. Durry even played two songs he wrote for the event including The Utah Raptor Blues and Pilgrim From the San Rafael.
Stevens involved audience members as he entertained with his magic act. Stevens said he had been doing magic for 20 years.
Durry and Stevens met almost 10 years ago in Alaska. This was their third time performing together.
