David Stockton to Visit Castle Country for Jazz Player Appearances

David Stockton, a point guard for the Utah Jazz, will highlight a player appearance and youth camp in Price and Castle Dale on Tuesday, Aug. 7.

The son of Utah Jazz legend John Stockton, David began his career with the Jazz team in 2017. The 5’11” guard played college ball at Gonzaga University from 2010 to 2014 and was named to the NBA D-League All-Rookie Second Team. His professional careers includes stints with the Reno Bighorns, Sacramento Kinds, Cedevita Zagreb, New Zealand Breakers and most recently, the Utah Jazz.

The event in Price will take place at the BDAC on the USU Eastern campus at 10 a.m. David will then make his way to Emery High School for another event slated for 1 p.m.

The free events are open to all members of the community while local youth are eligible to take part in the clinic. Following the skills clinic, David will be on hand to sign autographs and take photos with fans.
