Cody Lowe pitched five innings of one-hit ball en route to a 12-0 win Friday over the Delta Rabbits. Carbon sits 4-0 in the Region 14 standings.
Lowe struck out five batters in the game, allowing just the one hit for the win. Lowe is 3-0 on the season and lowered his ERA from 0.64 to 0.44 on the season.
Nate Olson went 3-3 in the game with double and two singles with two RBIs. Collin Lewis added 2-3 with two singles and two RBIs. Anthony Jones hit a double in the game, chipping in a game-high three RBIs.
Carbon was held scoreless for the first two innings before exploding for nine runs in the third. The Dinos added three more in the fourth to round out the scoring.
Carbon (11-5, 4-0 Region 14) will take on another region undefeated this week as it faces Union (11-3, 4-0 Region 14) on Wednesday in Roosevelt and then again on Friday, this time in Helper.
