The Carbon Dinos opened the 2017 season on the golf course with a win on Tuesday.
Carbon took the match with a score of 314 followed by Providence Hall with 346. Union came in third with 357 while Juab, ALA and Maeser Prep rounded out the match.
The low Dino score, 71, was shot by Ryker Smith with Ryan Gagon close behind at 76. Carson Martines ended with 81 while Brady Gagon rounded out the team’s score with 86. Other Dino golfers included Zade Carrillo, 87, Tyler Yoklavich, 88, Nick Olson, 93, and Jordan Penovich, 102.
