Tyler Procarione homered in the first inning, setting off an offensive explosion in Carbon’s trouncing of Union Friday, 18-2.
The Dinos plated 12 runs in the second inning en route to their fifth win of the year. Bryce Blackburn legged out a triple and Dakota Cisneros, Derek Young, and Cole Fossat each had doubles. Jarod Lessar earned the win on the mound.
The Dinos (5-2, 0-0 Region 12) will open Region 12 play at Spanish Fork (5-2, 0-0 Region 12) tomorrow.
