Dino’s Tennis Sweeps Providence Hall

On Thursday, the Dinos headed to take on Providence Hall on the tennis courts.

Carson Martines started things off well with a 6-1, 6-2 win in first singles. Jack Christensen followed suit with the same 6-1, 6-2 score for the same result in second singles. In third singles, Preston Condie took the match by the score of 6-1, 6-4.

“Bonham Brewer and Keenan Hatch rolled over their opponents, dropping only a single game and winning first doubles by the score of 6-0, 6-1. Jack and Leonard Livingston completed the sweep by winning the second doubles spot by the score of 6-3, 6-3,” said head coach Pete Riggs.

He continued, “Those that played on JV also performed well. Conner Fausett and Caleb Winfree won their pro-set 8-1. Derrick Jorgensen and Craig Olson also won 8-1. Daniel Reyna and Zac Mortensen won 8-6. Great job, boys!”
