Three different players found the back of the net for Carbon in its 3-1 over 2A Grand at home on Thursday.
Andrew Gagnon, Ryan Atwood and Taylor Griffeth each netted the ball for the Dinos. Koby Sobremesana scored the lone goal for the Red Devils.
“Ryan Atwood started the scoring off as he netted a penalty kick in the first half of the match,” head coach Chad Cowdell explained. “In the second half, Andrew Gagnon found the back of the net after receiving a pass from Taylor Griffeth. Taylor Griffeth helped secure the win with the final goal of the match as he headed the ball into the net off of cross from Taylor Bradley.”
The Dinos will travel to take on Richfield for a region matchup on April 17. The team will wrap up region play against Payson at home on April 23.
