Tuesday’s scheduled East Carbon City Council meeting was cancelled because the City hosted a primary election at City Hall.
Eleven candidates filled the ballot in the nonpartisan election designed to fill three vacant City Council seats.
The top six vote getters will move on to the general election ballot in November.
