East Carbon Resident Arrested for Juvenile Tattooing, Sexual Misconduct Charges

On Sept. 29, 24-year-old East Carbon resident Michael Easley Jr was booked into the Carbon County Jail by local authorities.

Easley Jr, who has been charged previously with contributing to a minor, was arrested due to authorities receiving a tip that he was again with juveniles. According to East Carbon Police Chief Sam Leonard, subsequent investigation led to the knowledge that he was tattooing juveniles. Furthermore, there were accusations of sexual misconduct.

Previously, Easley’s charge consisted of supplying alcohol to minors. However, alcohol was not found to be an issue during this incident.

Easley was arrested and booked on the charges of sodomy on a child, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and unlawful body piercing or tattooing of a minor.
