The Emery County Public Lands Council celebrated Tuesday the success of recent community-wide land use meetings.
Director Ray Petersen and Chairman Bruce Wilson expressed appreciation for all the council members’ efforts with the project.
Peterson also expressed his appreciation for the public comments The Council has received. Public comments will close August 1.
A DWR representative announced the trout limit at Ferron Reservoir will be raised from four to eight and that the total fish limit would be raised to 16. The changes will be in preparation for a chemical treatment on the water.
