The 73rd Annual Emery County Stock Show will begin with the Junior Stock Show on July 8 in Ferron.
Ferron City has gone to great lengths to prepare the show grounds for the event. Excessive snowfall created problems with the facilities.
Workers plan to have the old barn, sheep barn and pig barn ready for the upcoming influx of animals.
The Junior Stock Show aims to educate participants in marketing products, husbandry skills and life skills.
