A campaign created by the Emery County Business Chamber encouraged residents to shop locally this holiday season.
The ECBC started its campaign on Facebook in November. Those who participated by sharing shop local ads from the chamber’s page were entered into a drawing to win $10 in Emery County Bucks per week through Christmas. All entries were also added to a grand prize drawing for an iPad Mini 2.
Donated by Emery Telcom, the drawing for the iPad took place on Monday afternoon during a live Facebook feed. Kenzie Guymon was the lucky winner of the grand prize.
