Congratulations to Deri Thatcher of Emery High for being selected for a Resident Advisor Scholarship at USUE.
Resident Advisors are considered leaders at the college. Deri will receive free housing and a meal plan as part of her scholarship package. Deri also received an academic scholarship to help pay for tuition.
In order to be considered for a leadership scholarship at USUE, students must complete an in-depth application process, which includes submitting a portfolio and participating in interviews. The application process is very competitive and Deri was chosen from among many capable applicants.
