The Lady Spartans easily advanced on to the quarter finals of the state play-offs with a 54-24 win over Rockwell last Friday night. The top ranked Spartans jumped out ot a 17-4 lead in the first quarter and never looked back.
Ashlynn Allred took over the scoring attack with 17 points. Ashton Bell matched her nine points with nine rebounds. Bailey Rasmussen also pulled in nine boards on the night. Paytn Jeffs posted 11 rebounds and eight points. Hannah Dyer posted eight points, including a pair of threes as well as a steal and an assist.
Emery heads down to the Sevier Valley Center in Richfield to take on Enterprise at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday. ETV10 will broadcast that game live.
