The Emery Spartan Baseball team remained undefeated after another victory against Uintah yesterday in Castle Dale.
Marco Mota went 3-3 at the plate, including two triples in the 7-3 win. Baylee Bolotas picked up his second win on the season from the mound. Tappen Draper also tripled and Gavin McDermott doubled in the game as well.
The Spartans (3-0, 0-0 Region 15) scored two runs in each of the first three innings and added another in the fifth to round out the scoring. Emery will participate in the Montrose Tournament in Colorado this weekend. The Spartans will then prepare for a home matchup with Carbon on Tuesday.
