Although the Lady Spartans had an off day, the girls’ golf team still managed to maintain its four-year winning streak in region golf matches at the Palisades Golf Course.
Sydnee Guymon and Tajiah Price led Emery to the victory with Guymon scoring 36 and Price finishing with 34. Lainee Jensen scored 30 points, Sarah Swasey, 26, Sydney Timothy, 24, and Erin Oliverson, 20.
Emery scored a grand total of 126 points while Grand followed with 119 points. Manti scored 62, Gunnison, 33, and San Juan, 17.
