As part of the ongoing rebranding efforts in Emery County, a new tourism website has been launched to attract and inform potential visitors.
The process resulted in the branding of the county as “The Swell Utah” with the accompanying tagline of “The Playground is Open.” The website boasts that The Swell is a natural playground in the heart of Utah.
“The Swell is a playground for the whole family,” the county shares on the new website. “With several popular hikes in the region that take you through slot canyons (Little Wild Horse Canyon) to breathtaking vistas (the Wedge Overlook) and in and amongst the goblins in Goblin Valley, this area offers a wide variety of family adventures.”
The new website implements the new logo for The Swell and features a user-friendly look into things to see, places to go and things to do within the county. In-depth information and maps are available for the activities featured on the website, ranging from hiking and biking to bouldering and fishing.
Information on places to stay and eat while visiting are included on the website as local business are featured. There is also a spotlight for each town within the county as well as information on museums, camping and state parks.
