A tour of Ferron Canyon will take place on Saturday, June 22 at 10 a.m. The guided tour will visit places such as the Presbyterian Church, the site of the old flour mill, homesteads, a CCC camp, petroglyphs, and more. Dennis Nelson and Phillip Nelson will help guide the tour.
If interested, participants should meet in Ferron at the Mayor’s Park for a carpool at 10 a.m. Participants are encouraged to bring a sack lunch, plenty of water, a chair and bug spray. Annual dues are $5.
