An extra large crowd gathered at the Museum of the San Rafael on Thursday evening.
A delicious turkey dinner was served to the senior citizens of the county by county officials, their wives, and families. The tables and chairs were adorned with many Christmas ornaments, decorations and gifts. Many chose to adorn themselves with the Santa hats placed on each chair, and express a “Ho, Ho, Ho”.
The evening was very festive and grew even more lively as a the Grinch from Whooville arrived to to share his(in this case her) Christmas story. She needed help from the audience and many participated making it indeed a Merry Christmas.
Upon leaving the seniors were invited to take all the table decor home with them. The Seniors left with much appreciation and gratitude for a great evening.
