The Emery County Rope Rescue Team hosted an exercise this week with members of the 101st WMD Civil Support Team from Idaho and the 63rd WMD Civil Support Team from Oklahoma. Personnel trained in rappelling, patient assessment, treatment and extraction during the exercise in Cow Canyon on the San Rafael Swell.
