Emery County School District is Requesting a Carpeting Proposal (approx. 20,700 sf) for Canyon View Middle School, 550 North 400 West Huntington, Utah 84528.
Mandatory walk-through to be held on January 15th, 2024 beginning at 10:00 AM at the school site. The installer must field verify all Requirements, Square Footage, Locations, Product code, and product supplies. The Scope of Work, Requirements, and Terms and Conditions are posted on the state’s purchasing website: https://purchasing.utah.gov/for-vendors/ and the District’s website: https://www.emeryschools.org/RequestforProposal.
Bid opening will be January 30, 2024, at 9:00 am at the Maintenance shop at 855 N 155 West Castle Dale, Ut. Bids will be scored by lowest price, specs matching the scope of the project, and all required documents. Proposals must be received on or before January 29, 2024, at 4;00 PM Mountain time.
The proposal is to be mailed to Wayne Maxfield, PO Box 1297, Castle Dale, Ut 84513, emailed to waynem@emeryschools.org, or hand-delivered to the Maintenance shop at 855 N 155 W Castle Dale, Ut 84513.
A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount is required.
Emery School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals or to waive any informality technicality or technicality in any submittal in the interest of the School District. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal if determined to be in the best interest of the School District.
