After another Grantsville TD to push the score to 14-6, Zach Jorgensen found a wide open TJ Laycock on a simple pass over the middle for a 21-yard touchdown in the second to bring the Spartans within two points at the break, 14-12.

Granstville went on to score 28 points in the third quarter with two touchdowns coming via interceptions, which were returned for scores. Spartan running back Cameron Petersen scored on a 28-yard scamper in the fourth to get Emery to 19 points on the night.
