The 4A Dixie Flyers handed the Emery Spartans their second loss in as many days at the Central Utah Basketball Preview on Saturday.
The Flyers outscored Emery in every quarter, ending in a 72-50 loss for the Spartans.
Kyson Stilson led Emery with 14 points and seven rebounds. Cade Brazier was the other Spartan in double figures with 10 points. Easton Gordon had eight points, as did Tyler Butler.
Emery (2-2, 0-0 Region 15) will host Carbon (1-3, 0-0 Region 14) on Wednesday night at 7 p.m. The game will be broadcast live on ETV Channel 10.
