Excellence in the Community, Price City, Strategic Insurance Solutions and USU Eastern have teamed up to bring a free concert to the community honoring first responders and veterans on Patriot Day (Sept. 11) at 7 p.m. in the Price City Peace Gardens.
Jagertown, described as a mix of Lynyrd Skynyrd and Alabama, energizes crowds across the country with their fresh, rockin’ country sound. The band has been performing for 13 years. A selection of their music can be found at www.jagertown.com.
The concert is a tribute to first responders and veterans and will be held on the anniversary of the terror attacks in 2001. Organizers said they wanted to have a fun, family friendly event that people could enjoy, while recognizing the everyday heroes in our community.
The event is part of the Excellence Concert Series and Price City Culture Connection.
