Job Description:
The Office Support position will be responsible for supporting the administrative and organizational management of the office. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, will be exceedingly well organized and flexible, and will enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office. This individual must be able to function effectively in a variety of roles within a dynamic environment under minimum supervision. This is a part time position.

· Assist the Executive Director with his daily schedule and duties.
· Provide general administrative support to the SESC Team.
· Perform general office/facilities management duties.
· Assist with various payroll and human resources functions.
· Perform accounts payable processing and other basic accounting functions.

Skills and Experience:
· Administrative experience in an office setting.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize demands to meet deadlines.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary and Benefits:
· Salary $18 hourly rate
· 20-29 hours weekly
· Cell phone stipend
· Vehicle for job related travel
