Notice is hereby given that the Ferron City Council will hold a Public Hearing on September 13, 2023, in conjunction with the regular City Council Meeting at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comments on vacating city streets at:
500 North from Hwy 10 (State Street) to 100 East
200 West from 300 North to 450 North
All interested citizens are encouraged to attend and will be given the opportunity to be heard for or against the proposed items. The meeting will be held at the Ferron City Hall located at 20 East Main Street, Ferron, Utah.
I, the undersigned duly acting and appointed Recorder of Ferron City, hereby certify that the foregoing notice was mailed to each affected entity, posted in three public places on August 18, 2023. This notice was also posted on ferroncity.org, The Utah Public Notice Website and sent to ETV news to be published in their circulation.
