Price-based Fierce Fighting Championship is proud to offer the public a chance to participate in an event unlike any other.

“Redemption,” a nine-fight card, will take place this Saturday from 5-10 p.m. at the Carbon County Event Center.

“I’m excited just to be bringing some of the top fighters from around the state of Utah here to Carbon County,” the championship’s owner and promoter Cody Bunderson said.

A total of nine fights are slated to take place Saturday evening, with four being professional and five featuring amateur fighters. There will also be a female fight on the card for the evening.

Carbon County residents will be excited to hear of the chance to see two Castle Country locals in the ring as well.

Local fighter Mike Jones will take his turn against Ben Robinson while fellow resident Cy Nelson will attempt to add to his winning streak against Jordan Chandler, according to the event’s Facebook page.

“This will be our fourth that we’ve brought to Price,” Bunderson said. In years past, the company has been proud to highlight not only some of the state’s best but also some of the nation’s.

Tickets are available online at www.fiercefightingchampionship.com or in person at Fierce MMA & Fitness at 1695 South Highway 10 in Price. Tickets may also be purchased at the door.

General admission tickets go for $30 and will be seated on bleachers while VIP tickets, which are priced at $50, include seating on the floor of the event with a meal and drink included in the price.
