Fifth graders at Creekview Elementary celebrated DARE graduation on Tuesday afternoon.
The Drug Abuse Resistance Education program began in 1984 and is geared toward educating youth on how to avoid potentially dangerous situations and the risks of using drugs and alcohol.
Price City Police Sgt. Kelly Maynes taught the Creekview program this year. Maynes congratulated each student for completing the course and encouraged them to use the skills they learned throughout life.
