A controlled burn has turned into a fiery mess for residents in South Price Tuesday afternoon.
High winds in the area caused the fire to burn out of control near the Circle K Subdivision around 2 p.m. Multiple fire departments responded to the fire. A Helper City Fire Department water tanker responded to aid in extinguishingВ the flames. Dry conditions around the state could be partially to blame.
There are homes in the area and it isn’t know at this time how many are threatened.
