A flash flood warning has just been issued by the Carbon County Emergency Management team. The warning is in effect until 10 p.m. Sunday evening. Residents of Price, Wellington, Carbonville and Helper are advised to use caution and avoid waterways during this time. Trails and walkways located near rivers and canals should also be avoided.
