The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for Carbon and Emery counties. The warning has been set in place until Wednesday at 12 a.m. It is expected that heavy rain and thunderstorms will cover the area starting Tuesday night and into Wednesday.
Citizens are encouraged to take proper precautions to prepare for the possible storms.
