Tom Perrero, Carbonville, went before the Carbon County Commission on Wednesday to inquire about water damage on his property that he said the County created.

“My concern is just how long is my property going to be used for County purposes?” Perrero said.

Commissioners said they didn’t know when the damage would be fixed. They also said property owners in the area weren’t cooperating with the County to fix the problems.

Perrero said the drainage from the mountains comes straight onto his property. He also said snowplows push snow onto his driveway in the winter and he wanted that to stop.

Commissioners said they would look into the problems and do what they could to find a solution.
