Food for Thought: Good Gravy

It’s always a bit of a challenge to keep kids interested in health-conscious menu items. The gravies we serve are formulated specifically to address our lower sodium and fat requirements while still tasting great.

Whether it’s on scrumptious, high-protein roast or topping delicious, lean chicken, adding gravy to meals increases school lunch participation. It’s clear to us that our students love these entree items most and we love offering a healthier gravy!
