What fun side dish goes best with our Asian entree? Fresh snap peas of course! A little known fact is that peas are considered a pod fruit! As a cool season legume, or fruit, they are planted in the early spring.

There is an abundance of snap peas this time of year so students are really enjoying the fresh selection! They are a tasty finger food that can be snacked on whole or dipped.

Snap peas and ranch dressing go together “like peas in a pod.”
