Food for Thought: New Rolls

Our rolls have changed! Due to our new bread distributor, School Food Enterprises, we now serve Rhodes Rolls. They are still made up of a healthy, whole grain bread. We receive them frozen and, as they thaw and rise in our combi ovens, they grow to more than double their size!

Later, the soft flakey roll is baked until golden brown. They are served warm and pulled apart as they are served to students. Delicious rolls are still a favorite of school lunch. Yum!
