A fresh, crisp, green bell pepper makes a delightful finger food even when eaten alone or chopped into spears and dipped in a little low-fat ranch dressing. Alone it’s low in calories and has no fat grams. It has a mildly sweet flavor and lots of kids find they like it once they give them a chance!
Green bell peppers are loaded with Vitamin C which help prevent infections and make your gums, teeth and skin healthier. We encourage all kids to give it a try!
