On Tuesday, January 22, the Division of Wildlife Resources in partnership with the Buckhorn Archery Club will sponsor a free archery shoot in the Emery County Recreation Center.
The recreation center is located in Castle Dale on the east side of the fairgrounds at 75 E. 400 S. The event will run from 6 – 8 p.m.
Adults, youth and children are invited to come and give archery a try. Archery is a fast-growing sport across the United States and offers year-round recreation at very little cost. This is a chance to try out the hobby without having to put down any money or buy any equipment. В Bows, arrows, targets and all accessories will be provided. There will be club members and DWR personnel on-hand to offer help and supervision.
For more information, call Brent Stettler at the Division of Wildlife Resources office in Price.
