To celebrate Dr. Seuss’ 110 birthday, students at Castle Heights Elementary gathered in the school’s library Monday to listen to stories by the famous author. Birthday cake was also served in classrooms following lunch.
Each year, the school conducts various activities to celebrate Dr. Seuss and his writing. This week, students will participate in daily events including wear a hat, dress like a nerd, how to get from here to there, animal shirt or stuffed animal and crazy sock events.
