Adorn in green for St. Patrick’s Day, students at Wellington Elementary enjoyed a festive lunch on Monday. The cafeteria staff prepared an Irish pot roast served with green beans, lettuce and pears. Earlier in the day, breakfast participants enjoyed green eggs and ham.
Schools throughout Carbon School District also celebrated the holiday with special green lunches.
