The City of Helper, Utah, is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) for the rental of the buildings located at 69 S. Main Street or 73 S. Main Street. Proposal packets may be obtained from Helper City Hall, 58 South Main Street, Helper UT 84526, or by emailing Zack at ztonc@helpercity.net. Proposals shall be submitted to the office of the City Recorder, 58 South Main Street, Helper, Utah, 84526, no later than 5:00 p.m., on January 28, 2022. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal as it best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to issue contracts to multiple vendors.
