Work on the project continues to move along well. We are all excited that the paving around the school was able to be finished this week. The schedule for next week will include work on the following:
Sewer System: Crews will connect the sewers the homes on 4th and 5th Ave.
Culinary Water System: Crews will be working on water service connections on Bryner St., 4th and 5th Ave. If time allows, crews will also begin installing water and sewer on Fabrizio St.
Road Reconstruction: Crews will continue to work on road reconstruction this week. Crews will be working to prepare the roads for asphalt on Bryner Street and the rest of 100 North. This will include finishing up any additional area of concrete. Also, digging up any soft spots to rebuild the subgrade with better material. Soft spot repair is anticipated to happen on 100 N., Bryner St. and 4th and 5th Ave. and hauling in and placing road base on the roads.
Asphalt crews will be returning to finish paving roads Bryner and other miscellaneous areas. Please watch for the detour around Bryner on 1st Ave.. Please be aware of when the paving crew are working on your street. We ask that no cars be parked on the street to allow crews to pave.
As crews pave past your house, driveway access will be restricted for a period of time. Please park on a neighboring street to avoid access problems. Please notify us if there are any special situation regarding restricted access to driveways during this period.
Please be aware that there may be an occasional interruption of your sewer and water services. We will work to restore service as quickly as possible. Residents will be given 24 hour notice of any planned interruption of services. We ask that you keep your vehicles in your driveways and off of the streets unless otherwise directed as construction passes your home, allowing construction progress to continue.
