A graduation ceremony was hosted for Helper Junior High eighth grade students on Wednesday evening.
At the event, students were rewarded for various accomplishments throughout the year. Raychel Briseno was honored as the most outstanding female at Helper while Ryan Gagon was honored as the most outstanding male student.
Earlier that day, Helper hosted a showcase of the arts. The showcase featured choir and band performances as well as displays of art projects that students had completed during the year.
On May 21 at 7 p.m., Helper Junior High will honor its ninth grade student in the school’s gym.
