South Summit Rodeo Club sponsored two rodeos this past weekend in Oakley, Utah as high school competitors kicked off the 2019-20 season.
Three Emery High Spartans placed in these rodeos. Kayson Jensen earned first both days in bareback riding while Bret Olsen took fourth both days in tie down roping. Jessica Fox secured 10th place in breakaway roping.
Several members participated in Oakley and will hit the trail again this upcoming weekend, heading to Vernal for rodeos on Friday, Aug. 23 and Saturday, Aug. 24.
