The annual Huntington Heritage Days Rodeo drew crowds to the city’s arena on Friday and Saturday evenings.
The two-day affair began each evening at 6:30 p.m. with kids’ events. Later, rodeo competitors slipped on their boots for bareback riding, bull riding, calf roping, steer wrestling, team roping and more.
The event was made possible by Diamond H Rodeo in partnership with Huntington City. DJ Pop also helped cap off the rodeo with musical performances each night following the competition.
The Heritage Days fun will continue on Saturday with games, contests, dinner and entertainment at the city park. For a full schedule of events, which will take place July 1-4, please click here.
