Pageant Orientation Meeting – 1 p.m. for Outstanding Teen and 2:30 p.m. for Miss Carbon County at Castleview Hospital South Entrance. Ages 13-16 and 17-23. Contestants need to live, work or go to school in the Carbon County area. USU Eastern and cash scholarships are awarded at the pageant October 28.
