There are many events throughout Castle Country that the community and visitors anticipate in the summertime. One of these well-known and loved events is the International Days Celebration, which generally takes place in the last weekend of July.
Beginning traditionally with an opening ceremony at the Price City Peace Gardens, festivities for the event could be found throughout town. A burnout contest and parade on Main Street, a kid’s parade near Mont Harmon Middle School, booths, games and entertainment at Washington and Pioneer parks, as well as a carnival, all boasted fun for everyone.
Also hosted was the annual 5K on Saturday morning that benefits United Way of Eastern Utah. Full results from the 5K can be found below. The celebration began on Thursday evening and ran through the weekend.
